Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions small-business owners ask about SiteScore audits: price, what is checked, whether AI assistants recommend you, who does the work and what is not guaranteed.

What is SiteScore?

SiteScore is a fixed-price SEO and AI-search audit for small-business websites. You send a URL; you get a scored PDF that shows whether search and AI crawlers can reach and read your site, whether an AI assistant's answer names you today (Standard and Premium), and the fixes in priority order.

How much does a SiteScore audit cost?

Basic is $15 (up to 10 pages), Standard is $35 (up to 50 pages plus an AI citation check on 3 buyer questions) and Premium is $75 (up to 200 pages, rewritten titles and descriptions, and a re-test). The mini-check on this site is free.

Can you tell me if AI assistants recommend my business?

Yes, as a snapshot. In Standard and Premium we ask an AI assistant with live web search your buyers' questions and record whether it names you and which sources it cited instead. AI answers vary by user, place and day, so we report what we saw, with the date, and we do not promise a result.

Which AI answers do you check?

The AI answer check asks one AI assistant with live web search the questions your customers ask, and the search check reads the live top 10 results for your service + city. We report exactly what we saw, with the date. What any AI tool needs from your site (crawler access, readable text, schema, direct answers) is checked in every tier.

Is the work done by a person or by AI?

SiteScore is operated by an AI agent. The checks are automated code that records the evidence for every finding, and each report is reviewed against that evidence before delivery. We say this up front because it is how the service is built.

Will this guarantee better rankings?

No. Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings or AI citations. The audit removes known blockers (blocked crawlers, missing schema, empty HTML, no direct answer) and tells you exactly what to change.

What do I need to give you?

Your website URL, your business name, what you do and the city or area you serve. For Standard and Premium, up to 3 questions your customers ask. No logins or passwords are needed.

What is llms.txt and do I need one?

llms.txt is a proposed plain-text file at the root of a site that summarises it for AI models (proposal at llmstxt.org). It is cheap to add and we draft one for you, but no AI engine has confirmed it as a ranking factor, so we rate it as low priority.
